OMG!! Did someone say “COOKIES” for breakfast?

If you have a picky eater, this is the breakfast you need to make!

Do you have ripe bananas in your kitchen? Maybe even a huge stock pile in your freezer like I do sometimes! Do you feel like making something other than banana bread? (which is still delicious by the way!)

These breakfast cookies are the perfect thing to grab on the go when you are in a rush and need to eat a good breakfast!

There is no extra oil added to the cookies and only a little honey added as the bananas are already naturally sweet. And if you would like them a little bit sweeter you can always increase the amount of honey in the recipe.

Ingredients

- quick oats -cinnamon -baking powder -baking soda -salt -bananas   -peanut butter (almond butter or  seed butter)  - honey -vanilla extract -chopped walnuts  -raisins or chocolate chips (optional)

First mash up all your bananas then add the rest of the ingredients. Put a tablespoon of the dough for each cookie on a baking sheet and then put in the oven. In no time you will have a dozen delicious breakfast cookies.
