Potato & Cauliflower Curry

Aloo Gobi is an Indian and Pakistani vegetarian dish made of spiced potatoes and cauliflower. This comfort food is packed with flavors, and simply the best Aloo Gobi dish you will ever have.

This Aloo Gobi has simple ingredients: potatoes, cauliflower with some common spices like turmeric, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Pease are optional.


-cauliflower  -potatoes  -frozen peas (optional) -coconut oil -onion chopped -ginger minced -cloves of garlic minced -tomatoes chopped -coriander powder -cumin powder -Garam Masala -Nigella seeds (aka Kalonji) -curry leaves -red chili powder -fresh Cilantro for garnish

This recipe is a dry vegetable curry that can be paired as a side dish for kebabs or BBQ meats or enjoyed all on its own with a dollop of cool refreshing yogurt.

Tip: pan fry the cauliflower a little so it doesn't get soggy.
