Stuffed Bell Peppers

Easy stuffed bell peppers is a classic dish which is typically made of stuffed bell peppers with rice and ground beef. 

This is an easy dinner idea,  healthy, and family-friendly with minimal dishes!


–olive oil –lean ground beef –cooked rice –white mushrooms  –yellow onion chopped – garlic – bell peppers  – can of diced tomatoes – Italian seasoning – dried basil – Worcestershire sauce – Salt and pepper  – mozzarella cheese for topping

You can use ground chicken, turkey or whatever other ground meat you prefer. I would recommend sticking to a leaner meat as you do not want to end up with greasy stuffed peppers.

Pre-cook the peppers before stuffing them.  Otherwise they will be quite hard or crunchy still after you stuff and bake them.

Make this recipe keto by replacing the cooked rice with cooked cauliflower rice. It will still taste great.
