Cranberry Orange Muffins with Streusel Topping

The perfect way to finish off the leftover cranberry sauce!

Despite always having leftover cranberry sauce that usually gets thrown out, I carry on the tradition of buying it for every turkey dinner!

But now I put the leftover cranberry sauce to better use with this delicious muffin recipe.

Fresh or frozen cranberries can't replace cranberry sauce in this recipe because the sauce contributes to the moisture in the muffin mix. 

Ingredients

– all-purpose flour – brown sugar – baking powder – baking soda – salt – eggs – cinnamon – canned cranberry sauce – orange juice – oil

The muffins are dairy-free, however the streusel topping has butter in it to bind it together. Omit the streusel for a completely dairy-free muffin.
